If your child is in Advanced Band (all 8th graders and select 7th graders), please mark your calendars and make plans to attend a trip meeting on Wednesday, September 25, at 7:00pm in the band room.
We will be going over the details of the trip and answering any questions you may have. Also, if you intended or are still considering whether or not your child will be participating, please keep in mind that deposits will be accepted that evening. A cutoff date for initial deposits will be determined by meeting time. This date will be roughly 1-2 weeks after September 25th.
A flier, itinerary, and contract will be sent home with the students on Wednesday September 11. If you have any questions please feel free to call.
